Lettings Company works with our prospective tenant referencing partner Vouch. If you have viewed a property with us, virtually or in-person and would like to make an application for tenancy, here’s how it works:
1.) Supply the contact details as required for each member in your moving party that is over the age of 18, in the contact form below
2.) When you’re done, hit submit and these details will be transferred to our professional referencing partner Vouch Tenant referencing
3.) Vouch, will then make contact with each applicant via the phone and email details you supplied to us, in order for you to start your application. Simply follow the onscreen instructions from Vouch to complete the process
4.) Once everyone in your party has supplied the information required by Vouch, they will then send us the results and we will discuss the application with the landlord of your chosen property as quickly as we can
5.) The landlord is king, they make the decisions on your application so make sure you provide everything you’re asked to in order to avoid disappointment
Terms & Conditions of submitting an application
It is entirely free of charge for a tenant to apply for any of our rental properties. However, before we send your details to be processed by Vouch, the 1st month’s rent and deposit for your chosen property will be due for payment, please have the funds ready for transfer.
We will contact you via phone once receiving your contact information. If payment cannot be made in trust by bank transfer, unfortunately we will not be able to proceed with your application. On successfully submitting an application & subsequently agreeing you’re letting, the deposit payment will be registered with the TDS Northern Ireland & your rent will be held ready for your first month in your new home. If the application is referenced and refused by the landlord, you are entitled to a full refund of both your rent & deposit.
If you submit an application which is approved and accepted by the landlord, if you subsequently pull out of moving into the property you will not be entitled to a refund of any funds supplied in pursuit of your chosen property.
